UI delegate for save function

StaticMethod expandAUTOINC($session, $web, $topic) → $topic

Expand AUTOINC\d+ in the topic name to the next topic name available

StaticMethod save($session)

Command handler for save command. This method is designed to be invoked via the UI::run method.
